The day before, the President of the People’s Republic of China visited the naval forces of the southern area of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Combat Command with an inspection, where he called on the sailors to “improve the level of training and real combat capabilities.”
The country’s leader also added that the military should strengthen the command and control of the troops and ensure the security and stability of the troops.
Earlier Wednesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said China demanded that the United States clarify its overseas military biological activities.
“We urge once again,” the minister said, “that the United States provide a full explanation of all of its military-biological activities at home and abroad.”
Thus, Wang Wenbin commented on the approval by the State Duma of the investigation report on the activities of American biological laboratories in Ukraine.
