Awang Rinching is a resident of Bomi County, Nyingchi City, Tibet Autonomous Region of China. Several years ago, he began recording the beauty of his hometown with a camera. Over the past two years, he began making films chasing stories of intertwined light and shadow.
In 2008, impressed by everyone, Wang Rinching also bought a camera and started learning photography. After more than ten years of continuous study and painstaking creation, he has made great achievements in photography. Over the past few years, Wang Rinching has begun a transition to video shooting and production. He believes that video works are more story telling than pictures, and can carry more information.
Now Awang Rinching is shooting an eco-themed film about the ban on hunting in Bomi. He said that Bomi is my hometown. I look forward to shooting the most beautiful scenes and stories related to Bomi. I also hope that through this film everyone can know that there is a group of people who are working hard for nature and environment protection.
