National Housing Company NHC Continues to Hand Over Housing Units in 2023

National Housing Company NHC has announced that it will continue to hand over to owners during the first and second quarters of 2023 as part of a series of projects it is developing across the Kingdom to accelerate the pace of handovers and meet the growing demand for housing.

In a statement, the company confirmed that from the beginning of the current 2023, it will continue to implement projects to cover more than 17,700 housing units in various regions of the Kingdom. To provide modern living in spacious green areas and integrated facilities with the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Building Efforts

“National Housing Construction” aims to build more than 153,000 housing units in an area of ​​more than 105 million square meters through the development of nine suburbs and five residential areas. To provide a contemporary style living environment in which services and amenities are integrated with green spaces and open spaces, according to a report by Saudi Press Agency SPA.

Completion of Housing Units

The company continues to implement its plans and strategy to accelerate the rate of completion of housing, as it recently announced the delivery of more than 25,000 housing units in various regions of the Kingdom, and is working to provide modern housing options, introducing quality projects that contribute to the development of the property supply in the Kingdom.

Housing Program Goals

National Housing Company NHC is committed to delivering housing units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed and working to deliver the remaining units as soon as possible, as part of its efforts to meet the goals of the housing program – one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs – by raising the home ownership rate for Saudi families to 70%.
