The Ukrainian pilot, who was detained by the FSB border service and the Russian guard after the plane crashed in the Bryansk region, is charged with illegal border crossing, TASS reports with reference to the regional court.
“Part 1 of article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Crossing the state border of the Russian Federation without valid documents for the right of entry or exit”),” the statement read.
It is also noted that the Soviet District Court on Friday will choose a restraint measure.
Earlier it became known that a Ukrainian light aircraft crashed in the Klintsovsky district of the Bryansk region.
Later it became known that during the crash of the Ukrainian plane, the security forces found a machine gun, magazines and a bulletproof vest on the pilot.
