Scooty owner Krishna Kumar Jha told that he was going to Varanasi on 27 April. When I was in the train, I got a message that my challan of Rs 1000 has been deducted. After seeing the details, it was found that in October 2020, the challan was issued for not wearing seat belt. I was then surprised that this fine has already been deposited. While nothing like this has happened to my knowledge. In this case, the traffic police say that this challan may have been generated due to some mistake.

In this case, Balbir Das, an officer of Bihar Traffic Police, said that the challan of Krishna Kumar Jha was issued manually. We are in the process of merging all these challans into e-challan.
