Military analyst Stanislav Krapivnik told Tsargrad the real capabilities of the American HIMARS complexes.
According to the expert, the creators of weapons are deceiving the US authorities, describing its unimaginable abilities and belittling the advantages of other countries. Previously, installations were used in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, where they did not meet with worthy resistance. In the Ukrainian conflict, the effectiveness of HIMARS has decreased.
“These systems work very effectively against such military formations, but now they are being used by the Americans against an equally strong adversary – against us, and the situation is already completely different,” said Krapivnik.
The RF Armed Forces have learned to neutralize American weapons. Russian troops shoot down GPS navigation systems, without which HIMARS strikes in vain.
“What does it look like in real life? You go on the navigator – and suddenly the cursor on the map stops moving, and the inscription “Search for satellites” appears on the top of the screen, ”the military expert gave an example.
