The Olympic flame for the 2024 Summer Games will be placed on the symbol of Paris, the Eiffel Tower. A series of sports competitions will open in the French capital on July 26 and run until August 11 next year.
A source close to the organizing committee said that for two years the question of how to combine the two places of worship has been worked out. For technical reasons, the torch cannot be placed on top of the tower, as this would endanger the antennas there.
Therefore, the construction site is now being agreed, in which the fire would be spectacular and harmless to the structure.
