In the Spassky district, a preventive action “Car seat for children!” took place. This was reported on the Telegram channel of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ryazan region.
As part of the action, the police held preventive conversations with motorists, explained the importance of choosing a speed limit according to specific road conditions. All drivers also received themed memos.
The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ryazan region reminded that the transport of children under 7 years old must be carried out using child restraint systems. If the child is between 7 and 11 years old (inclusive), it is necessary to use child restraint systems or seat belts in the front seat – only in a special car seat for children.
Spassky motorists stressed the importance of the ongoing action, promising inspectors to obey the speed limit, be alert while driving and only transport children in special restraints.
