Hyderabad. Noted actor of Telugu cinema Sharath Babu passed away on Monday at a private hospital here. He was 71 years old.
Sources said that Sharath Babu was hospitalized and suffered multiple organ failure, after which he passed away in the afternoon. Babu had played the lead character and other roles in several films. He gained fame with his excellent performance.
In some of his best films, K. Vishwanath’s ‘Saagara Sangam’, ‘Apathabandhavudu’ and ‘Criminal’ starring Nagarjuna. She had also acted in several Tamil films, notably starring in several films with actor Ranjinikanth. These include ‘Mullum Malarum’, ‘Annamalai’ and ‘Muthu’.
