Li Elementary School Staff in Washwood Heath confiscated a blade, believed to be a penknife, from a teenager. on Thursday last week (March 31). West Midlands Police launched an investigation into the incident after it was reported to a school on Lee Road.

Statement from force read: “We are investigating after staff at Lee Elementary School, Lee Road, Washwood Heath confiscated a knife from a student. on Thursday (March 31).
“They reported it us and our assigned school officer is working closely with school staff to determine exactly what happened.”
Li Elementary School Confirmed to Keep in Touch with “relevant authorities”, including Birmingham city council, security and police.
representative for the school said, “We can confirm that an incident occurred that led to one the pupil is immediately suspended while we are examining next steps. we keep in touch with all relevant authorities, including the police and local government officials.”
