Over 12,000 civilians killed in Ukraine during Russia’s full-scale war: UN

More than 12,300 civilian deaths have been recorded in Ukraine since Russia launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022, Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) Izumi Nakamitsu announced during a UN Security Council meeting.
