“When there is excess salt in the body, the kidneys work hard to filter it out. This increased workload can lead to kidney damage and, if left untreated, chronic kidney disease,” explained doctor.

In his opinion, a large amount of salt in the body will negatively affect the heart and blood vessels. The nutritionist suggested not eating salt for a few days. After that, ready meals and products may seem “too salty”.
