Israel has agreed to allow foreigners residing in Gaza to leave the war-torn territory through the Rafah border crossing into Egypt. Egypt, Israel, and the United States reached an agreement, with Qatar’s involvement, to facilitate the safe passage of foreigners. The agreement does not include the release of hostages held by Hamas. Additionally, US State Secretary Antony Blinken stated that efforts are being made to establish humanitarian corridors and safe areas in Gaza to protect civilians.
