New Delhi. A 12-member team from Dorna Sports, the commercial rights holder of MotoGP, toured the Buddh International Circuit ahead of the first race to be held here from September 22 to 24.
The team, led by Norma Luna, Events Director, Dorna, inspected various technical aspects of the circuit. Along with this, assessment was also made regarding broadcast set up facilities and other aspects necessary for world class event.
Its promoters in India, Pushkarnath Srivastava, COO of Fairstreet Sports, said, “Now less than 124 days are left for the race. We talked about many important aspects related to broadcasting, marketing, branding, sponsorship of the race. He also said that hosting Moto GP is also an opportunity to promote tourism and the Dorna team also visited Taj Mahal.
