Textile Factory Warehouses in Vologda Engulfed in Flames

St. Petersburg, May 15 – The fire occurred in the warehouses of a textile factory in Vologda, the fire covered 900 square meters, and the fire was localized, according to what was told the News Agency in the press service of EMERCOM of the Russian Federation for the Vologda Region.
“Today at 12.25 a fire was reported in warehouses on the territory of the Vologda textile factory. At the time of the arrival of the first fire and rescue unit, the ceiling was on fire … the area was 900 square meters.” said the agency’s interlocutor.
According to him, the fire that broke out from the roof and engulfed a number of rooms in a one-story building was local. Outdoor burning has also been eliminated.
The warehouses of the Vologda Textile Factory on Sovetsky Prospekt in Vologda were extinguished by 41 firefighters and 13 pieces of equipment. No information has yet been received about the victims.
