New Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is diverting the attention of the people of the country from serious issues, including former governor Satyapal Malik’s allegations on Pulwama and Adani’s multi-crore scam.
AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh told reporters that to divert attention from serious and big issues of the country, including the attack in Pulwama and Adani’s mega-scam worth lakhs of crores, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s house is being discussed unnecessarily. The house of the Chief Minister of Delhi was built in 1942. This house is 80 years old.
In the past, there have been three incidents of roof collapse in this house. Earlier, the ceiling of the chief minister’s parents’ room had fallen. After this, the roof of the Chief Minister’s bedroom and his office also fell. After these incidents, the PWD advised to demolish the old house and build a new house. After this, the Chief Minister’s residence has been built at a cost of 30 crores.
Shri Singh said that 500 crore rupees are being spent in the construction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s house. Earlier, 90 crore rupees were spent just for the repair of the house where the Prime Minister is staying. The project of Central Vista was worth 20 thousand crores. Now this project has increased to 23 thousand crore rupees. Under this project, a house is being built for the PM at a cost of Rs 500 crore.
The Prime Minister, who calls himself a fakir, wears a suit worth Rs 10 lakh, glasses worth Rs 1.6 lakh and a pen worth Rs 1.25 lakh. Many cars move in the Prime Minister’s convoy. Each car in this is worth Rs 12 crore. The AAP MP said that the LG of Delhi has also got his residence renovated. He spent 15 crore rupees only in repairing his house.
In addition, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani bought an aircraft worth Rs 191 crore for his personal use, while Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan spent Rs 65 crore to buy an aircraft. Reminding the BJP, he said that the decision to buy a car worth Rs 12 crore was taken at a time when people were dying in the Corona pandemic and dead bodies were lying in the crematoriums.
The people of BJP have also forgotten that the Prime Minister, who calls himself a fakir and a tea seller, bought an aircraft worth Rs 8400 crore for himself during the Corona pandemic.
