Sun Hung Kai wins Mong Kok commercial site for US$602.5 million, well below estimates, in year’s first land sale

Sun Hung Kai Properties will build a 320-metre tower after its winning bid of US$602.5 millionwell below the US$930 million the site was expected to fetch.
