ISLAMABAD: Islamabad police raided in tiny hours of Saturday around former prime minister and residence of Pakistan Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in Bani Gala, according to ARY News.
According to the heavy contingent of police composed of members of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and a bomb disposal squad personnel got to Bani Gala to disperse PTI workers who set up camps outside Residence of Imran Khan Bani Gala.
After the police arrival, the PTI officers who were staying at Bani Gala came out of their tents and started shouting slogans against current government.
The police said they were taking out routine search operation after death threats former prime minister Imran Khan.

In addition, the Sindh police raided the Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA of Alamgir Khan. house in Karachi, in tiny hours of Saturday night.
According to the Karachi police. in 10 to 15 mobile phones arrived at Alamgir Khan’s MNA residence and checked him family. There were no arrests made.
Following police action, the PTI leaders arrived at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal police station and filed a complaint. against raid.
Strongly condemning the police raid, former federal minister for nautical affairs Ali Haider Zaidi said that the Sindh police had become military wing of PPS.
He said that the police violated the “immunity of four walls’, entering the residence of a public representative at midnight. PTI leader warned that Sindh government will be held accountable soon.
