Main judge of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial stated that Article 63A of The constitution protects system of political party of its rights and obliges participants to comply with it policy.

During the hearing, CJ Bandial said, “Because the Constitution promotes democracy, it also strengthens the political party”.
CJ Bandial asked if there was a political party whose members never deviated from policy.
Balochistan National Party lawyer Mustafa Ramdey told the court that Article 63A contained all procedures.
“If there were no procedure in Article 63A, the court could consider articles 62, 63. It is not necessary that every deviation for some benefit.”

Judge Ahsan said: “Interpret the Constitution … we will consider all aspects of happening for interpretation – if anyone deviate according to his conscience, he will be overthrown.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Advocate General Shamail Butt stated that section 63A should be read in compound with Article 62 as absence of provision of The constitution was for beauty.

Additional Attorney General Amir Rehman said he asked the court to delay the hearing until Tuesday, adding that the Attorney General for Pakistan Makhdoom Ali Khan to appear before bench.
